23a0d84799 soc: brcmstb: Only register SoC device on STB platforms
After moving the SoC device initialization to an early initcall in
commit f780429adf ("soc: brcmstb: biuctrl: Move to early_initcall"),
the Broadcom STB SoC device is registered on all platforms if support
for the device is enabled in the kernel configuration.

This causes an additional SoC device to appear on platforms that already
register a native one. In case of Tegra the STB SoC device is registered
as soc0 (with totally meaningless content in the sysfs attributes) and
causes various scripts and programs to fail because they don't know how
to parse that data.

To fix this, duplicate the check from brcmstb_soc_device_early_init()
that already prevents the code from doing anything nonsensical on non-
STB platforms.

Allwinner fixes for 4.15, round 2

One fix that fixes the display pipeline description in the device tree
for the A10 and A20 SoCs. This description was introduced in 4.15-rc1
with a mismatch in the graph remote endpoints, which would likely
result in the driver misinterpreting how the individual components fit

237f258c42 net/mlx5e: Remove timestamp set from netdevice open flow
To avoid configuration override, timestamp set call will
be moved from the netdevice open flow to the init flow.
By this, a close-open procedure will not override the timestamp
configuration.
In addition, the change will rename mlx5e_timestamp_set function
to be mlx5e_timestamp_init.

75b81ce719 net/mlx5e: Don't override netdev features field unless in error flow
Set features function sets dev->features in order to keep track of which
features were successfully changed and which weren't (in case the user
asks for more than one change in a single command).

This breaks the logic in __netdev_update_features which assumes that
dev->features is not changed on success and checks for diffs between
features and dev->features (diffs that might not exist at this point
because of the driver override).

The solution is to keep track of successful/failed feature changes and
assign them to dev->features in case of failure only.

50ed5780d5 powerpc/PCI: Deprecate pci_get_bus_and_slot()
pci_get_bus_and_slot() is restrictive such that it assumes domain=0 as
where a PCI device is present. This restricts the device drivers to be
reused for other domain numbers.

Getting ready to remove pci_get_bus_and_slot() function in favor of
pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot().

Use pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot() with a domain number of 0 as the code
is not ready to consume multiple domains and existing code used domain
number 0.

db00d38e7b rtc: mxc_v2: remove __exit annotation
The mxc_rtc_remove is incorrectly annotated as __exit:

`mxc_rtc_remove' referenced in section `.data' of drivers/rtc/rtc-mxc_v2.o: defined in discarded section `.exit.text' of drivers/rtc/rtc-mxc_v2.o

This should not be done, as devices can be dynamically bound
