6ebbe7a07b sched: Fix up wchan borkage
Commit c259e01a1e ("sched: Separate the scheduler entry for
preemption") contained a boo-boo wrecking wchan output. It forgot to
put the new schedule() function in the __sched section and thereby
doesn't get properly ignored for things like wchan.

778f295080 [media] em28xx: replug locking cleanup
Simplifies the locking by moving the em28xx_init_extension() call until
em28xx_usb_probe() has finished with the dev->lock mutex. It therefore
makes the second and subsequent "plugging" events logically identical to
the first "plugging" event when the em28xx-dvb and em28xx-alsa modules
must be loaded (i.e. registered).

Basically, em28xx_usb_probe() requests that em28xx-dvb be loaded and
also triggers udev to initialise the V4L2 devices. These two events are
serialised by the dev->lock mutex but the order that they happen in is
undefined. But this has always been the case anyway.

f9732ea145 TOMOYO: Simplify garbage collector.
When TOMOYO started using garbage collector at commit 847b173e "TOMOYO: Add
garbage collector.", we waited for close() before kfree(). Thus, elements to be
kfree()d were queued up using tomoyo_gc_list list.

But it turned out that tomoyo_element_linked_by_gc() tends to choke garbage
collector when certain pattern of entries are queued.

Since garbage collector is no longer waiting for close() since commit 2e503bbb
"TOMOYO: Fix lockdep warning.", we can remove tomoyo_gc_list list and
tomoyo_element_linked_by_gc() by doing sequential processing.

983c7db347 dm crypt: always disable discard_zeroes_data
If optional discard support in dm-crypt is enabled, discards requests
bypass the crypt queue and blocks of the underlying device are discarded.
For the read path, discarded blocks are handled the same as normal
ciphertext blocks, thus decrypted.

So if the underlying device announces discarded regions return zeroes,
dm-crypt must disable this flag because after decryption there is just
random noise instead of zeroes.

876fbba1db dm table: avoid crash if integrity profile changes
Commit a63a5cf (dm: improve block integrity support) introduced a
two-phase initialization of a DM device's integrity profile. This
patch avoids dereferencing a NULL 'template_disk' pointer in
blk_integrity_register() if there is an integrity profile mismatch in
dm_table_set_integrity().

This can occur if the integrity profiles for stacked devices in a DM
table are changed between the call to dm_table_prealloc_integrity() and
dm_table_set_integrity().

cf33835c5f ARM: mach-shmobile: sh7372 A3SM support
This patch adds sh7372 A3SM power domain support.

The sh7372 A3SM hardware power domain contains the
ARM Cortex-A8 CPU Core including L2 cache. This
sleep mode can be seen as a one step deeper sleep
mode from the already existing Core Standby mode.

To wake up from A3SM sleep only a few wakeup sources
are supported - so the regular INTC controller will
not be able to help us unfortunately.

The code in this patch will enter A3SM sleep via the
regular Suspend-to-RAM interface in the case of only
wakeups supported by A3SM are enabled. If unsupported
wakeups are enabled then Core Standby will be used
instead.

7460fb4a34 KVM: Fix simultaneous NMIs
If simultaneous NMIs happen, we're supposed to queue the second
and next (collapsing them), but currently we sometimes collapse
the second into the first.

Fix by using a counter for pending NMIs instead of a bool; since
the counter limit depends on whether the processor is currently
in an NMI handler, which can only be checked in vcpu context
(via the NMI mask), we add a new KVM_REQ_NMI to request recalculation
of the counter.
