Pull pinctrl changes from Linus Walleij:
"Some of this stuff is hitting arch/arm/* and have been ACKed by the
ARM SoC folks, or it's device tree bindings pertaining to the specific
driver.
These are the bulk pinctrl changes for kernel v3.7:
- Add subdrivers for the DB8540 and NHK8815 Nomadik-type ASICs,
provide platform config for the Nomadik.

The network merge brought in a few users of functions that got
deprecated by the workqueue cleanups: the 'system_nrt_wq' is now the
same as the regular system_wq, since all workqueues are now non-
reentrant.
Similarly, remove one use of flush_work_sync() - the regular
flush_work() has become synchronous, and the "_sync()" version is thus
deprecated as being superfluous.

Don't put an ACCESS op in OPEN compound if O_EXCL, because ACCESS
will return permission denied for all bits until close.
Fixes a regression due to commit 6168f62c (NFSv4: Add ACCESS operation to
OPEN compound)

Don't check MAY_WRITE as a newly created file may not have write mode bits,
but POSIX allows the creating process to write regardless.
This is ok because NFSv4 OPEN ops handle write permissions correctly -
the ACCESS in the OPEN compound is to differentiate READ v EXEC permissions.
Fixes a regression due to commit 6168f62c (NFSv4: Add ACCESS operation to
OPEN compound)

This patch converts tcm_vhost to use target_submit_cmd_map_sgls() for
I/O submission and mapping of pre-allocated SGL memory from incoming
virtio-scsi SGL memory -> se_cmd descriptors.
This includes removing the original open-coded fabric uses of target
core callers to support transport_generic_map_mem_to_cmd() between
target_setup_cmd_from_cdb() and transport_handle_cdb_direct() logic.
It also includes adding a handful of new tcm_vhost_cmnd member +
assignments in vhost_scsi_allocate_cmd() used from cmwq process
context I/O submission within tcm_vhost_submission_work()

This patch carries forward a work-around from tcm_loop to target
core code to explicitly clear control CDB READ paylods in order to
avoid bugs in scsi-generic user-space code for INQUIRY that do not
explicitly zero CDB payload memory.

This patch adds a new target_submit_cmd_map_sgls() to pass pre-allocated
SGL memory using transport_generic_map_mem_to_cmd() logic into the generic
target submit I/O codepath.
It also adds a target_submit_cmd() wrapper around target_submit_cmd_map_sgls()
for existing fabric code that already assumes internal target-core SGL memory
allocation.
