95d58bf5ed xfrm: Fix NULL pointer dereference on policy lookup
[ Upstream commit b1e3a56070 ]

When xfrm interfaces are used in combination with namespaces
and ESP offload, we get a dst_entry NULL pointer dereference.
This is because we don't have a dst_entry attached in the ESP
offloading case and we need to do a policy lookup before the
namespace transition.

Fix this by expicit checking of skb_dst(skb) before accessing it.

0224432a8f net: xfrm: Localize sequence counter per network namespace
[ Upstream commit e88add19f6 ]

A sequence counter write section must be serialized or its internal
state can get corrupted. The "xfrm_state_hash_generation" seqcount is
global, but its write serialization lock (net->xfrm.xfrm_state_lock) is
instantiated per network namespace. The write protection is thus
insufficient.

To provide full protection, localize the sequence counter per network
namespace instead. This should be safe as both the seqcount read and
write sections access data exclusively within the network namespace. It
also lays the foundation for transforming "xfrm_state_hash_generation"
data type from seqcount_t to seqcount_LOCKNAME_t in further commits.

c7a175a24b xfrm: Use actual socket sk instead of skb socket for xfrm_output_resume
[ Upstream commit 9ab1265d52 ]

A situation can occur where the interface bound to the sk is different
to the interface bound to the sk attached to the skb. The interface
bound to the sk is the correct one however this information is lost inside
xfrm_output2 and instead the sk on the skb is used in xfrm_output_resume
instead. This assumes that the sk bound interface and the bound interface
attached to the sk within the skb are the same which can lead to lookup
failures inside ip_route_me_harder resulting in the packet being dropped.

We have an l2tp v3 tunnel with ipsec protection. The tunnel is in the
global VRF however we have an encapsulated dot1q tunnel interface that
is within a different VRF. We also have a mangle rule that marks the
packets causing them to be processed inside ip_route_me_harder.

Prior to commit 31c70d5956 ("l2tp: keep original skb ownership") this
worked fine as the sk attached to the skb was changed from the dot1q
encapsulated interface to the sk for the tunnel which meant the interface
bound to the sk and the interface bound to the skb were identical.
Commit 46d6c5ae95 ("netfilter: use actual socket sk rather than skb sk
when routing harder") fixed some of these issues however a similar
problem existed in the xfrm code.

4a78ae1278 net: sched: fix err handler in tcf_action_init()
[ Upstream commit b3650bf76a ]

With recent changes that separated action module load from action
initialization tcf_action_init() function error handling code was modified
to manually release the loaded modules if loading/initialization of any
further action in same batch failed. For the case when all modules
successfully loaded and some of the actions were initialized before one of
them failed in init handler. In this case for all previous actions the
module will be released twice by the error handler: First time by the loop
that manually calls module_put() for all ops, and second time by the action
destroy code that puts the module after destroying the action.

Reproduction:

$ sudo tc actions add action simple sdata \"2\" index 2
$ sudo tc actions add action simple sdata \"1\" index 1 \
                      action simple sdata \"2\" index 2
RTNETLINK answers: File exists
We have an error talking to the kernel
$ sudo tc actions ls action simple
total acts 1

        action order 0: Simple <"2">
         index 2 ref 1 bind 0
$ sudo tc actions flush action simple
$ sudo tc actions ls action simple
$ sudo tc actions add action simple sdata \"2\" index 2
Error: Failed to load TC action module.
We have an error talking to the kernel
$ lsmod | grep simple
act_simple             20480  -1

Fix the issue by modifying module reference counting handling in action
initialization code:

- Get module reference in tcf_idr_create() and put it in tcf_idr_release()
instead of taking over the reference held by the caller.

- Modify users of tcf_action_init_1() to always release the module
reference which they obtain before calling init function instead of
assuming that created action takes over the reference.

- Finally, modify tcf_action_init_1() to not release the module reference
when overwriting existing action as this is no longer necessary since both
upper and lower layers obtain and manage their own module references
independently.

b830650c1a net: let skb_orphan_partial wake-up waiters.
commit 9adc89af72 upstream.

Currently the mentioned helper can end-up freeing the socket wmem
without waking-up any processes waiting for more write memory.

If the partially orphaned skb is attached to an UDP (or raw) socket,
the lack of wake-up can hang the user-space.

Even for TCP sockets not calling the sk destructor could have bad
effects on TSQ.

Address the issue using skb_orphan to release the sk wmem before
setting the new sock_efree destructor. Additionally bundle the
whole ownership update in a new helper, so that later other
potential users could avoid duplicate code.

v1 -> v2:
 - use skb_orphan() instead of sort of open coding it (Eric)
 - provide an helper for the ownership change (Eric)

81692c6add net: sched: fix action overwrite reference counting
commit 87c750e8c3 upstream.

Action init code increments reference counter when it changes an action.
This is the desired behavior for cls API which needs to obtain action
reference for every classifier that points to action. However, act API just
needs to change the action and releases the reference before returning.
This sequence breaks when the requested action doesn't exist, which causes
act API init code to create new action with specified index, but action is
still released before returning and is deleted (unless it was referenced
concurrently by cls API).

Reproduction:

$ sudo tc actions ls action gact
$ sudo tc actions change action gact drop index 1
$ sudo tc actions ls action gact

Extend tcf_action_init() to accept 'init_res' array and initialize it with
action->ops->init() result. In tcf_action_add() remove pointers to created
actions from actions array before passing it to tcf_action_put_many().

8dc08a2962 can: dev: Move device back to init netns on owning netns delete
commit 3a5ca85707 upstream.

When a non-initial netns is destroyed, the usual policy is to delete
all virtual network interfaces contained, but move physical interfaces
back to the initial netns. This keeps the physical interface visible
on the system.

CAN devices are somewhat special, as they define rtnl_link_ops even
if they are physical devices. If a CAN interface is moved into a
non-initial netns, destroying that netns lets the interface vanish
instead of moving it back to the initial netns. default_device_exit()
skips CAN interfaces due to having rtnl_link_ops set. Reproducer:

  ip netns add foo
  ip link set can0 netns foo
  ip netns delete foo

To properly restore physical CAN devices to the initial netns on owning
netns exit, introduce a flag on rtnl_link_ops that can be set by drivers.
For CAN devices setting this flag, default_device_exit() considers them
non-virtual, applying the usual namespace move.

The issue was introduced in the commit mentioned below, as at that time
CAN devices did not have a dellink() operation.

Move generic blackhole dst ops to the core and use them from both

functional change otherwise. We need these also in other locations
and having to define them over and over again is not great.

63f2a9bd31 tcp: relookup sock for RST+ACK packets handled by obsolete req sock
[ Upstream commit 7233da8669 ]

Currently tcp_check_req can be called with obsolete req socket for which big
socket have been already created (because of CPU race or early demux
assigning req socket to multiple packets in gro batch).

Commit e0f9759f53 ("tcp: try to keep packet if SYN_RCV race
is lost") added retry in case when tcp_check_req is called for PSH|ACK packet.
But if client sends RST+ACK immediatly after connection being
established (it is performing healthcheck, for example) retry does not
occur. In that case tcp_check_req tries to close req socket,
leaving big socket active.

7f041ee8ef ipv6: fix suspecious RCU usage warning
[ Upstream commit 28259bac7f ]

Syzbot reported the suspecious RCU usage in nexthop_fib6_nh() when
called from ipv6_route_seq_show(). The reason is ipv6_route_seq_start()
calls rcu_read_lock_bh(), while nexthop_fib6_nh() calls
rcu_dereference_rtnl().
The fix proposed is to add a variant of nexthop_fib6_nh() to use
rcu_dereference_bh_rtnl() for ipv6_route_seq_show().

The reported trace is as follows:
./include/net/nexthop.h:416 suspicious rcu_dereference_check() usage!

05a524b97d Bluetooth: Add new HCI_QUIRK_NO_SUSPEND_NOTIFIER quirk
[ Upstream commit 219991e6be ]

Some devices, e.g. the RTL8723BS bluetooth part, some USB attached devices,
completely drop from the bus on a system-suspend. These devices will
have their driver unbound and rebound on resume (when the dropping of
the bus gets detected) and will show up as a new HCI after resume.

These devices do not benefit from the suspend / resume handling work done
by the hci_suspend_notifier. At best this unnecessarily adds some time to
the suspend/resume time. But this may also actually cause problems, if the
code doing the driver unbinding runs after the pm-notifier then the
hci_suspend_notifier code will try to talk to a device which is now in
an uninitialized state.

This commit adds a new HCI_QUIRK_NO_SUSPEND_NOTIFIER quirk which allows
drivers to opt-out of the hci_suspend_notifier when they know beforehand
that their device will be fully re-initialized / reprobed on resume.

a3b6f3a375 net_sched: fix RTNL deadlock again caused by request_module()
commit d349f99768 upstream.

tcf_action_init_1() loads tc action modules automatically with
request_module() after parsing the tc action names, and it drops RTNL
lock and re-holds it before and after request_module(). This causes a
lot of troubles, as discovered by syzbot, because we can be in the
middle of batch initializations when we create an array of tc actions.

One of the problem is deadlock:

CPU 0					CPU 1
rtnl_lock();
for (...) {
  tcf_action_init_1();
    -> rtnl_unlock();
    -> request_module();
				rtnl_lock();
				for (...) {
				  tcf_action_init_1();
				    -> tcf_idr_check_alloc();
				   // Insert one action into idr,
				   // but it is not committed until
				   // tcf_idr_insert_many(), then drop
				   // the RTNL lock in the _next_
				   // iteration
				   -> rtnl_unlock();
    -> rtnl_lock();
    -> a_o->init();
      -> tcf_idr_check_alloc();
      // Now waiting for the same index
      // to be committed
				    -> request_module();
				    -> rtnl_lock()
				    // Now waiting for RTNL lock
				}
				rtnl_unlock();
}
rtnl_unlock();

This is not easy to solve, we can move the request_module() before
this loop and pre-load all the modules we need for this netlink
message and then do the rest initializations. So the loop breaks down
to two now:

        for (i = 1; i <= TCA_ACT_MAX_PRIO && tb[i]; i++) {
                struct tc_action_ops *a_o;

                a_o = tc_action_load_ops(name, tb[i]...);
                ops[i - 1] = a_o;
        }

        for (i = 1; i <= TCA_ACT_MAX_PRIO && tb[i]; i++) {
                act = tcf_action_init_1(ops[i - 1]...);
        }

Although this looks serious, it only has been reported by syzbot, so it
seems hard to trigger this by humans. And given the size of this patch,
I'd suggest to make it to net-next and not to backport to stable.

This patch has been tested by syzbot and tested with tdc.py by me.

bba8ef2e97 net: sched: fix police ext initialization
commit 396d7f23ad upstream.

When police action is created by cls API tcf_exts_validate() first
conditional that calls tcf_action_init_1() directly, the action idr is not
updated according to latest changes in action API that require caller to
commit newly created action to idr with tcf_idr_insert_many(). This results
such action not being accessible through act API and causes crash reported
by syzbot:

ce4feb0111 net: icmp: pass zeroed opts from icmp{,v6}_ndo_send before sending
commit ee576c47db upstream.

The icmp{,v6}_send functions make all sorts of use of skb->cb, casting
it with IPCB or IP6CB, assuming the skb to have come directly from the
inet layer. But when the packet comes from the ndo layer, especially
when forwarded, there's no telling what might be in skb->cb at that
point. As a result, the icmp sending code risks reading bogus memory
contents, which can result in nasty stack overflows such as this one
reported by a user:

    panic+0x108/0x2ea
    __stack_chk_fail+0x14/0x20
    __icmp_send+0x5bd/0x5c0
    icmp_ndo_send+0x148/0x160

In icmp_send, skb->cb is cast with IPCB and an ip_options struct is read
from it. The optlen parameter there is of particular note, as it can
induce writes beyond bounds. There are quite a few ways that can happen
in __ip_options_echo. For example:

    // sptr/skb are attacker-controlled skb bytes
    sptr = skb_network_header(skb);
    // dptr/dopt points to stack memory allocated by __icmp_send
    dptr = dopt->__data;
    // sopt is the corrupt skb->cb in question
    if (sopt->rr) {
        optlen  = sptr[sopt->rr+1]; // corrupt skb->cb + skb->data
        soffset = sptr[sopt->rr+2]; // corrupt skb->cb + skb->data
	// this now writes potentially attacker-controlled data, over
	// flowing the stack:
        memcpy(dptr, sptr+sopt->rr, optlen);
    }

In the icmpv6_send case, the story is similar, but not as dire, as only
IP6CB(skb)->iif and IP6CB(skb)->dsthao are used. The dsthao case is
worse than the iif case, but it is passed to ipv6_find_tlv, which does
a bit of bounds checking on the value.

This is easy to simulate by doing a `memset(skb->cb, 0x41,
sizeof(skb->cb));` before calling icmp{,v6}_ndo_send, and it's only by
good fortune and the rarity of icmp sending from that context that we've
avoided reports like this until now. For example, in KASAN:

    BUG: KASAN: stack-out-of-bounds in __ip_options_echo+0xa0e/0x12b0
    Write of size 38 at addr ffff888006f1f80e by task ping/89
    CPU: 2 PID: 89 Comm: ping Not tainted 5.10.0-rc7-debug+ #5
    Call Trace:
     dump_stack+0x9a/0xcc
     print_address_description.constprop.0+0x1a/0x160
     __kasan_report.cold+0x20/0x38
     kasan_report+0x32/0x40
     check_memory_region+0x145/0x1a0
     memcpy+0x39/0x60
     __ip_options_echo+0xa0e/0x12b0
     __icmp_send+0x744/0x1700

Actually, out of the 4 drivers that do this, only gtp zeroed the cb for
the v4 case, while the rest did not. So this commit actually removes the
gtp-specific zeroing, while putting the code where it belongs in the
shared infrastructure of icmp{,v6}_ndo_send.

This commit fixes the issue by passing an empty IPCB or IP6CB along to
the functions that actually do the work. For the icmp_send, this was
already trivial, thanks to __icmp_send providing the plumbing function.
For icmpv6_send, this required a tiny bit of refactoring to make it
behave like the v4 case, after which it was straight forward.

8e81baeb83 tcp: fix SO_RCVLOWAT related hangs under mem pressure
[ Upstream commit f969dc5a88 ]

While commit 24adbc1676 ("tcp: fix SO_RCVLOWAT hangs with fat skbs")
fixed an issue vs too small sk_rcvbuf for given sk_rcvlowat constraint,
it missed to address issue caused by memory pressure.

1) If we are under memory pressure and socket receive queue is empty.
First incoming packet is allowed to be queued, after commit
76dfa60820 ("tcp: allow one skb to be received per socket under memory pressure")

But we do not send EPOLLIN yet, in case tcp_data_ready() sees sk_rcvlowat
is bigger than skb length.

2) Then, when next packet comes, it is dropped, and we directly
call sk->sk_data_ready().

3) If application is using poll(), tcp_poll() will then use
tcp_stream_is_readable() and decide the socket receive queue is
not yet filled, so nothing will happen.

Even when sender retransmits packets, phases 2) & 3) repeat
and flow is effectively frozen, until memory pressure is off.

Fix is to consider tcp_under_memory_pressure() to take care
of global memory pressure or memcg pressure.

ba3bcb35d7 switchdev: mrp: Remove SWITCHDEV_ATTR_ID_MRP_PORT_STAT
commit 059d2a1004 upstream.

Now that MRP started to use also SWITCHDEV_ATTR_ID_PORT_STP_STATE to
notify HW, then SWITCHDEV_ATTR_ID_MRP_PORT_STAT is not used anywhere
else, therefore we can remove it.

0414bde779 net: sched: replaced invalid qdisc tree flush helper in qdisc_replace
commit 938e0fcd32 upstream.

Commit e5f0e8f8e4 ("net: sched: introduce and use qdisc tree flush/purge helpers")
introduced qdisc tree flush/purge helpers, but erroneously used flush helper
instead of purge helper in qdisc_replace function.
This issue was found in our CI, that tests various qdisc setups by configuring
qdisc and sending data through it. Call of invalid helper sporadically leads
to corruption of vt_tree/cf_tree of hfsc_class that causes kernel oops:

3d6df63a5c udp: ipv4: manipulate network header of NATed UDP GRO fraglist
commit c3df39ac9b upstream.

UDP/IP header of UDP GROed frag_skbs are not updated even after NAT
forwarding. Only the header of head_skb from ip_finish_output_gso ->
skb_gso_segment is updated but following frag_skbs are not updated.

A call path skb_mac_gso_segment -> inet_gso_segment ->
udp4_ufo_fragment -> __udp_gso_segment -> __udp_gso_segment_list
does not try to update UDP/IP header of the segment list but copy
only the MAC header.

Update port, addr and check of each skb of the segment list in
__udp_gso_segment_list. It covers both SNAT and DNAT.

Maciej Żenczykowski
8a4b8ea595 ANDROID: net: introduce ip_local_unbindable_ports sysctl
and associated inet_is_local_unbindable_port() helper function:
use it to make explicitly binding to an unbindable port return
-EPERM 'Operation not permitted'.

Autobind doesn't honour this new sysctl since:
  (a) you can simply set both if that's the behaviour you desire
  (b) there could be a use for preventing explicit while allowing auto
  (c) it's faster in the relatively critical path of doing port selection
      during connect() to only check one bitmap instead of both

Various ports may have special use cases which are not suitable for
use by general userspace applications. Currently, ports specified in
ip_local_reserved_ports sysctl will not be returned only in case of
automatic port assignment, but nothing prevents you from explicitly
binding to them - even from an entirely unprivileged process.

In certain cases it is desirable to prevent the host from assigning the
ports even in case of explicit binds, even from superuser processes.

Example use cases might be:
 - a port being stolen by the nic for remote serial console, remote
   power management or some other sort of debugging functionality
   (crash collection, gdb, direct access to some other microcontroller
   on the nic or motherboard, remote management of the nic itself).
 - a transparent proxy where packets are being redirected: in case
   a socket matches this connection, packets from this application
   would be incorrectly sent to one of the endpoints.

Initially I wanted to solve this problem via the simple one line:

static inline bool inet_port_requires_bind_service(struct net *net, unsigned short port) {
-       return port < net->ipv4.sysctl_ip_prot_sock;
+       return port < net->ipv4.sysctl_ip_prot_sock || inet_is_local_reserved_port(net, port);
}

However, this doesn't work for two reasons:
  (a) it changes userspace visible behaviour of the existing local
      reserved ports sysctl, and there appears to be enough documentation
      on the internet talking about setting it to make this a bad idea
  (b) it doesn't prevent privileged apps from using these ports,
      CAP_BIND_SERVICE is relatively likely to be available to, for example,
      a recursive DNS server so it can listed on port 53, which also needs
      to do src port randomization for outgoing queries due to security
      reasons (and it thus does manual port binding).

If we *know* that certain ports are simply unusable, then it's better
nothing even gets the opportunity to try to use them. This way we at
least get a quick failure, instead of some sort of timeout (or possibly
even corruption of the data stream of the non-kernel based use case).

Test:
  vm:~# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_unbindable_ports

  vm:~# python -c 'import socket; s = socket.socket(socket.AF_INET6, socket.SOCK_STREAM, 0); s.bind(("::", 3967))'
  vm:~# python -c 'import socket; s = socket.socket(socket.AF_INET6, socket.SOCK_DGRAM, 0); s.bind(("::", 3967))'
  vm:~# echo 3967 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_unbindable_ports
  vm:~# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_unbindable_ports
  3967
  vm:~# python -c 'import socket; s = socket.socket(socket.AF_INET6, socket.SOCK_STREAM, 0); s.bind(("::", 3967))'
  socket.error: (1, 'Operation not permitted')
  vm:~# python -c 'import socket; s = socket.socket(socket.AF_INET6, socket.SOCK_DGRAM, 0); s.bind(("::", 3967))'
  socket.error: (1, 'Operation not permitted')

baa3ea76e4 UPSTREAM: cfg80211: Add support to configure SAE PWE value to drivers
Add support to configure SAE PWE preference from userspace to drivers in
both AP and STA modes. This is needed for cases where the driver takes
care of Authentication frame processing (SME in the driver) so that
correct enforcement of the acceptable PWE derivation mechanism can be
performed.

The userspace applications can pass the sae_pwe value using the
NL80211_ATTR_SAE_PWE attribute in the NL80211_CMD_CONNECT and
NL80211_CMD_START_AP commands to the driver. This allows selection
between the hunting-and-pecking loop and hash-to-element options for PWE
derivation. For backwards compatibility, this new attribute is optional
and if not included, the driver is notified of the value being
unspecified.

a9cd144eb7 tcp: fix TLP timer not set when CA_STATE changes from DISORDER to OPEN
commit 62d9f1a694 upstream.

Upon receiving a cumulative ACK that changes the congestion state from
Disorder to Open, the TLP timer is not set. If the sender is app-limited,
it can only wait for the RTO timer to expire and retransmit.

The reason for this is that the TLP timer is set before the congestion
state changes in tcp_ack(), so we delay the time point of calling
tcp_set_xmit_timer() until after tcp_fastretrans_alert() returns and
remove the FLAG_SET_XMIT_TIMER from ack_flag when the RACK reorder timer
is set.

This commit has two additional benefits:
1) Make sure to reset RTO according to RFC6298 when receiving ACK, to
avoid spurious RTO caused by RTO timer early expires.
2) Reduce the xmit timer reschedule once per ACK when the RACK reorder
timer is set.

011c3d9427 tcp: make TCP_USER_TIMEOUT accurate for zero window probes
commit 344db93ae3 upstream.

The TCP_USER_TIMEOUT is checked by the 0-window probe timer. As the
timer has backoff with a max interval of about two minutes, the
actual timeout for TCP_USER_TIMEOUT can be off by up to two minutes.

In this patch the TCP_USER_TIMEOUT is made more accurate by taking it
into account when computing the timer value for the 0-window probes.

This patch is similar to and builds on top of the one that made
TCP_USER_TIMEOUT accurate for RTOs in commit b701a99e43 ("tcp: Add
tcp_clamp_rto_to_user_timeout() helper to improve accuracy").

70746a4779 tcp: fix TCP_USER_TIMEOUT with zero window
commit 9d9b1ee0b2 upstream.

The TCP session does not terminate with TCP_USER_TIMEOUT when data
remain untransmitted due to zero window.

The number of unanswered zero-window probes (tcp_probes_out) is
reset to zero with incoming acks irrespective of the window size,
as described in tcp_probe_timer():

    RFC 1122 4.2.2.17 requires the sender to stay open indefinitely
    as long as the receiver continues to respond probes. We support
    this by default and reset icsk_probes_out with incoming ACKs.

This counter, however, is the wrong one to be used in calculating the
duration that the window remains closed and data remain untransmitted.
Thanks to Jonathan Maxwell <jmaxwell37@gmail.com> for diagnosing the
actual issue.

In this patch a new timestamp is introduced for the socket in order to
track the elapsed time for the zero-window probes that have not been
answered with any non-zero window ack.

a6fc8314dc tcp: fix TCP socket rehash stats mis-accounting
commit 9c30ae8398 upstream.

The previous commit 32efcc06d2 ("tcp: export count for rehash attempts")
would mis-account rehashing SNMP and socket stats:

  a. During handshake of an active open, only counts the first
     SYN timeout

  b. After handshake of passive and active open, stop updating
     after (roughly) TCP_RETRIES1 recurring RTOs

  c. After the socket aborts, over count timeout_rehash by 1

This patch fixes this by checking the rehash result from sk_rethink_txhash.

9ad0375ed2 xsk: Fix race in SKB mode transmit with shared cq
commit f09ced4053 upstream.

Fix a race when multiple sockets are simultaneously calling sendto()
when the completion ring is shared in the SKB case. This is the case
when you share the same netdev and queue id through the
XDP_SHARED_UMEM bind flag. The problem is that multiple processes can
be in xsk_generic_xmit() and call the backpressure mechanism in
xskq_prod_reserve(xs->pool->cq). As this is a shared resource in this
specific scenario, a race might occur since the rings are
single-producer single-consumer.

Fix this by moving the tx_completion_lock from the socket to the pool
as the pool is shared between the sockets that share the completion
ring. (The pool is not shared when this is not the case.) And then
protect the accesses to xskq_prod_reserve() with this lock. The
tx_completion_lock is renamed cq_lock to better reflect that it
protects accesses to the potentially shared completion ring.

998f172962 xdp: Remove the xdp_attachment_flags_ok() callback
Since commit 7f0a838254 ("bpf, xdp: Maintain info on attached XDP BPF
programs in net_device"), the XDP program attachment info is now maintained
in the core code. This interacts badly with the xdp_attachment_flags_ok()
check that prevents unloading an XDP program with different load flags than
it was loaded with. In practice, two kinds of failures are seen:

- An XDP program loaded without specifying a mode (and which then ends up
  in driver mode) cannot be unloaded if the program mode is specified on
  unload.

- The dev_xdp_uninstall() hook always calls the driver callback with the
  mode set to the type of the program but an empty flags argument, which
  means the flags_ok() check prevents the program from being removed,
  leading to bpf prog reference leaks.

The original reason this check was added was to avoid ambiguity when
multiple programs were loaded. With the way the checks are done in the core
now, this is quite simple to enforce in the core code, so let's add a check
there and get rid of the xdp_attachment_flags_ok() callback entirely.

runs both on post-module-load mode changes, as well as at module init
time, and when run at module init time, it is before register_netdevice()
has been called and filled in wanted_features. The empty wanted_features
led to features also getting emptied out, which was definitely not the
intended behavior, so prevent that from happening.

Originally, I'd hoped to stop adjusting wanted_features at all in the
bonding driver, as it's documented as being something only the network
core should touch, but we actually do need to do this to properly update
both the features and wanted_features fields when changing the bond type,
or we get to a situation where ethtool sees:

    esp-hw-offload: off [requested on]

I do think we should be using netdev_update_features instead of
netdev_change_features here though, so we only send notifiers when the
features actually changed.
