The tegra_cpuidle_pcie_irqs_in_use() function is stubbed out for non-ARM
builds, but now we can compile-test the Tegra pci driver on non-Tegra
ARM platforms as well, which results in a new link error:

get_hp_hw_control_from_firmware() is a trivial wrapper around
acpi_get_hp_hw_control_from_firmware(), probably intended to be generic in
case other firmware needed similar OS/platform negotiation.
Remove get_hp_hw_control_from_firmware() and call
acpi_get_hp_hw_control_from_firmware() directly. Add a stub for
acpi_get_hp_hw_control_from_firmware() for the non-ACPI case.

The SHPC driver now must be builtin (it cannot be a module). If it is
present, request SHPC control immediately when adding the ACPI host bridge.
This is similar to how we handle native PCIe hotplug via pciehp.

Previously pciehp_is_native() returned true for any PCI device in a
hierarchy where _OSC says we can use pciehp. This is incorrect because
bridges without PCI_EXP_SLTCAP_HPC capability should be managed by acpiphp
instead.
Improve pciehp_is_native() to return true only when PCI_EXP_SLTCAP_HPC is
set and the pciehp driver is present. In any other case return false
to let acpiphp handle those.

We only have two users of the debug_init hook, and we recently stopped
caring about the return value from that op. Finish that off by changing
the clk_op to return void instead of int because it doesn't matter if
debugfs fails or not.

Associates a counters with a flow when IB_FLOW_SPEC_ACTION_COUNT is part
of the flow specifications.
The counters user space placements of location and description (index,

A counters object could be attached to flow on creation by providing the
counter specification action.
General counters description which count packets and bytes are introduced,
downstream patches from this series will use them as part of flow counters
binding.
In addition, increase number of flow specifications supported layers to 10
upon adding count specification and for the previously added drop
specification.

This patch exposes the read counters verb to user space applications. By
that verb the user can read the hardware counters which are associated
with the counters object.
The application needs to provide a sufficient memory to hold the
statistics.

The user supplies counters instance and a reference to an output array of
uint64_t. The driver reads the hardware counters values and writes them
to the output index location in the user supplied array. All counters
values are represented as uint64_t types.
To be able to successfully read the data the counters must be first bound
to an IB object.
Downstream patches will present binding method for flow counters.

User space application which uses counters functionality, is expected to
allocate/release the counters resources by calling create/destroy verbs
and in turn get a unique handle that can be used to attach the counters to
its counted type.

A verbs application may need to get statistics and info on various aspects
of a verb object (e.g. Flow, QP, ...), in general case the application
will state which object's counters its interested in (we refer to this
action as attach), bind this new counters object to the appropriate verb
object and on later stage read their values using the counters object.
This series introduces a general API for counters object that may
accumulate any ib object counters type, bound and read on demand.
Counters instance is allocated on an IB context and belongs to that
context. Upon successful creation the counters can be bound to a verbs
object so that hardware counter instances can be created and read.
Downstream patches in this series will introduce the attach, bind and the
read functionality.
Counters instance can be de-allocated, upon successful destruction the
related hardware resources are released.
Prior to destroy call the user must first make sure that the counters is
not being used by any IB object, e.g. not attached to any of its counted
type otherwise an EBUSY error is invoked.

This adds a simple iomap-based implementation of the legacy ->bmap
interface. Note that we can't easily add checks for rt or reflink
files, so these will have to remain in the callers. This interface
just needs to die..

Inline data is fundamentally different from our normal mapped case in that
it doesn't even have a block address. So instead of having a flag for it
it should be an entirely separate iomap range type.

For the upcoming removal of buffer heads in XFS we need to keep track of
the number of outstanding writeback requests per page. For this we need
to know if bio_add_page merged a region with the previous bvec or not.
Instead of adding additional arguments this refactors bio_add_page to
be implemented using three lower level helpers which users like XFS can
use directly if they care about the merge decisions.

ip_vs_ftp requires conntrack modules for mangling
of FTP command responses in passive mode.
Make sure the conntrack hooks are registered when
real servers use NAT method in FTP virtual service.
The hooks will be registered while the service is
present.

The kvm struct has been bloating. For example, it's tens of kilo-bytes
for x86, which turns out to be a large amount of memory to allocate
contiguously via kzalloc. Thus, this patch does the following:
1. Uses architecture-specific routines to allocate the kvm struct via
vzalloc for x86.
2. Switches arm to __KVM_HAVE_ARCH_VM_ALLOC so that it can use vzalloc
when has_vhe() is true.
Other architectures continue to default to kalloc, as they have a
dependency on kalloc or have a small-enough struct kvm.

Use new return type vm_fault_t for fault handler. For
now, this is just documenting that the function returns
a VM_FAULT value rather than an errno. Once all instances
are converted, vm_fault_t will become a distinct type.

directory.

If the namespace is unregistered before the LightNVM target is removed
(e.g., on hot unplug) it is too late for the target to store any metadata
on the device - any attempt to write to the device will fail. In this
case, pass on a "gracefull teardown" flag to the target to let it know
when this happens.
In the case of pblk, we pad the open line (close all open chunks) to
improve data retention. In the event of an ungraceful shutdown, avoid
this part and just clean up.

The NAND sub-layers are likely to need the MTD_OPS_XXX mode information
in order to decide if they should enable/disable ECC or how they should
place the OOB bytes in the provided OOB buffer.

Add support for FTP commands with extended format (RFC 2428):
- FTP EPRT: IPv4 and IPv6, active mode, similar to PORT
- FTP EPSV: IPv4 and IPv6, passive mode, similar to PASV.
EPSV response usually contains only port but we allow real
server to provide different address
We restrict control and data connection to be from same
address family.
Allow the "(" and ")" to be optional in PASV response.
Also, add ipvsh argument to the pkt_in/pkt_out handlers to better
access the payload after transport header.

This allows us to forward packets from the netdev family via neighbour
layer, so you don't need an explicit link-layer destination when using
this expression from rules. The ttl/hop_limit field is decremented.

The following ruleset:
add table ip filter
add chain ip filter input { type filter hook input priority 4; }
add chain ip filter ap
add rule ip filter input jump ap
add rule ip filter ap masquerade
results in a panic, because the masquerade extension should be rejected
from the filter chain. The existing validation is missing a chain
dependency check when the rule is added to the non-base chain.
This patch fixes the problem by walking down the rules from the
basechains, searching for either immediate or lookup expressions, then
jumping to non-base chains and again walking down the rules to perform
the expression validation, so we make sure the full ruleset graph is
validated. This is done only once from the commit phase, in case of
problem, we abort the transaction and perform fine grain validation for
error reporting. This patch requires 003087911a ("netfilter:
nfnetlink: allow commit to fail") to achieve this behaviour.
This patch also adds a cleanup callback to nfnl batch interface to reset
the validate state from the exit path.
As a result of this patch, nf_tables_check_loops() doesn't use
->validate to check for loops, instead it just checks for immediate
expressions.

This extends log statement to support the behaviour achieved with
AUDIT target in iptables.
Audit logging is enabled via a pseudo log level 8. In this case any
other settings like log prefix are ignored since audit log format is
fixed.

In the quest to remove all stack VLA usage from the kernel[1], this
allocates the maximum size expected for all possible types and adds
sanity-checks at both registration and usage to make sure nothing gets
out of sync. This matches the proposed VLA solution for nfnetlink[2]. The
