PAGE_SIZE >= 64kb (1 << 16) is too big to be the immediate of the
addiu/daddiu instruction, so, use addu/daddu instruction instead.
The following compiling error is fixed:

Make use of the IRQCHIP_ONOFFLINE_ENABLED flag and remove the
wrappers. Use irqd_irq_disabled() instead of desc->status, which will
go away.
