Christian Brauner 7c4d37c269 Revert "ovl: turn of SB_POSIXACL with idmapped layers temporarily" ...

This reverts commit 4a47c6385b.

Now that we have a proper fix for POSIX ACLs with overlayfs on top of
idmapped layers revert the temporary fix.
