Greg Kroah-Hartman 9d29ba9c30 Revert "KVM: arm64: PMU: Align chained counter implementation with architecture pseudocode" ...

This reverts commit eb3df96102.

It breaks the current Android kernel abi.  It will be brought back at
the next KABI break update.
