Philipp Hortmann a97e60bd28 staging: rtl8192e: Replace macro RTL_PCI_DEVICE with PCI_DEVICE

Replace macro RTL_PCI_DEVICE with PCI_DEVICE to get rid of rtl819xp_ops
which is empty.
