Fix these checkpatch.pl warnings in comedidev.h:
WARNING: function definition argument '<name>' should also have an identifier name

Introduces this checkpatch.pl warning in lines 195 and 205:
WARNING: line over 80 characters
Breaking these lines would make the code less compact.
