Export the this_cpu_has_cap() for use by modules. This is used by TRBE driver. Without this patch, TRBE will fail to build as a module : ERROR: modpost: "this_cpu_has_cap" [drivers/hwtracing/coresight/coresight-trbe.ko] undefined!
