Florian Westphal df0ffc4b51 netfilter: nf_tables: drop unused 3rd argument from validate callback ops 
[ Upstream commit eaf9b2c875ece22768b78aa38da8b232e5de021b ]

Since commit a654de8fdc ("netfilter: nf_tables: fix chain dependency validation")
the validate() callback no longer needs the return pointer argument.
