Xiaoming Sui 489ff08e61 avsync: tsync: fix avsync issues when dtv play [2/2] 
PD#TV-10253

Problem:
PD#TV-10253, SWPL-12816
dtv play when pcr is invalid, avsync is lost sometimes.

Solution:
add some specific marginal checks.
