Masahiro Yamada bcf4f311e0 ARM: uniphier: select ARCH_HAS_RESET_CONTROLLER ...

The UniPhier reset driver (drivers/reset/reset-uniphier.c) has been
merged.  Select ARCH_HAS_RESET_CONTROLLER from the SoC Kconfig.
