Elliot Berman 552cb0291a Revert "ANDROID: GKI: Enable CONFIG_USB_XHCI_HCD" ...

This reverts commit db102bc6be ("ANDROID: GKI: Enable
CONFIG_USB_XHCI_HCD") until vendor code which contrbutes to these
drivers is removed.
