Renesas ARM defconfig updates for v5.19
- Enable support for the Renesas RZ/V2L SoC and the Maxim MAX96712
Quad GMSL2 Deserializer in the arm64 defconfig,
- Refresh shmobile_defconfig for v5.18-rc1.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
