Masahiro Yamada 9ea1cc8b0e kconfig: qconf: fix ConfigList::updateListAllforAll()

ConfigList::updateListForAll() and ConfigList::updateListAllforAll()
are identical.

Commit f9b918fae6 ("kconfig: qconf: move ConfigView::updateList(All)
to ConfigList class") was a misconversion.
