Suravee Suthikulpanit 75aba7b0e9 irqdomain: Introduce is_fwnode_irqchip helper ...

Since there will be several places checking if fwnode.type
is equal FWNODE_IRQCHIP, this patch adds a convenient function
for this purpose.
