Vinícius Tinti d223906407 BACKPORT: kbuild: Add support to generate LLVM assembly files 
Add rules to kbuild in order to generate LLVM assembly files with the .ll
extension when using clang.

  # from c code
  make CC=clang kernel/pid.ll
