[ Upstream commitd9e15a2733] As diagnosed by Florian : If TCA_FQ_QUANTUM is set to 0x80000000, fq_deueue() can loop forever in : if (f->credit <= 0) { f->credit += q->quantum; goto begin; } ... because f->credit is either 0 or -2147483648. Let's limit TCA_FQ_QUANTUM to no more than 1 << 20 : This max value should limit risks of breaking user setups while fixing this bug. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
