Bernd Edlinger a48cf1c921 perf: Use new infrastructure to fix deadlocks in execve 
[ Upstream commit 6914303824 ]

This changes perf_event_set_clock to use the new exec_update_mutex
instead of cred_guard_mutex.

This should be safe, as the credentials are only used for reading.
