Steffen Maier aab264b6e3 zfcp: restore tracing of handle for port and LUN with HBA records 
commit 7c964ffe58 upstream.

This information was lost with
commit a54ca0f62f
("[SCSI] zfcp: Redesign of the debug tracing for HBA records.")
but is required to debug e.g. invalid handle situations.
