Gustavo A. R. Silva 1dd5254782 scsi: aacraid: Fix missing break in switch statement 
commit 5e420fe635 upstream.

Add missing break statement and fix identation issue.

This bug was found thanks to the ongoing efforts to enable
-Wimplicit-fallthrough.
