XiaoDong Huang 24c39fdbf9 soc: rockchip: virtual poweroff: not pass pwrkey code to ATF ...

If it supports "remotectl parse" after system resume,
the remotectl driver would pass pwrkey code to atf.
So we don't need do it again.
