lintao 47f217c4ea mmc: Support sdmmc/uart_dbg auto switch ...

Add pinctrl-names "udbg" in sdmmc blob, and drivers auto
switch io useage by card-detect tasklet routine. Only audi series need
it indeed now and ever.
