Wei Yongjun f21abb623a target/pscsi: fix return value check ...

commit 58932e96e4 upstream.

In case of error, the function scsi_host_lookup() returns NULL
pointer not ERR_PTR(). The IS_ERR() test in the return value check
should be replaced with NULL test.
