Greg Kroah-Hartman 67ea95e0e8 Revert "clocksource: Reduce clocksource-skew threshold" ...

This reverts commit cacc6c30e3 which is
commit 2e27e793e2 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel ABI and is not an issue for Android
systems, so revert it.
