* Drop settings for symbols that were removed or made automatic
* Drop settings for DSCC4_PCISYNC and DSCC4_PCI_RST, which should
  have been removed along with DSCC4
* Disable CHROME_PLATFORMS at top level, since it will replace
  MFD_CROS_EC in the near future
