Add WebSocket support for switch status updates
- Define `LoadSwStatus` protobuf message for switch state data (`main` and `usb`). - Introduce `updateSwitchStatusUI` to synchronize UI with WebSocket switch status payloads. - Update backend logic to manage and broadcast switch status changes dynamically.
