run HdmicecHal_Get_PhysicalAddress_No_HDMI
EXPECTED RESULT : Should get the physical
address obtained by the driver as F.F.F.F
Executing HdmicecHal_GetPhysicalAddress....
Value Returned: PhysicalAddress: hex: 0x1000000,
dec: 16777216. Physical Address obtained is not
as expected.
it's caused by we used the physical address
before hot plug out.
Solution:
per hdmi specification, update default physical
address to F.F.F.F when hot plug out

TMDS clk supported by the current TV can only be
obtained from VSDB.4K60HZ Y422,12bit (600Mhz)
exceeds the maximum clk range
Solution:
Adjust the maximum supported TMDS clk,Regarding
the maximum supported clk, refer to the tmds
clk in VSDB/HF-VSDB,Filter out unsupported patterns.
