yiting.deng e234c50348 clk: s7: fix hevcf no output after enabled [1/1]

Problem:
after hevcf clk setted rate, the loop is enabled/disabled, and
there is a probability that no output after clk is enabled
and check pass.

Solution:
after testing, it is found that it may be related to accuracy
of software delay 1ms, and delay of check is increased to 1.2ms

dian.shao a95f53c607 usb: refactor crg controller reset control [1/1]

Problem:
Current newly added usb controller power control in the
v0 usb2 phy driver is messy and err-prone due to code
regression issues.(i.e. any soc whose phy dts node is found
to contain the "pm-controller" will set resel level to low
in the crg_eixt path but the old version crg_udc driver does
not set it high again.)

Solution:
Refactor reset control logic to call
amlogic_crg_drd_usb2_set_controller_power
only in the controller driver.
