Problem:
The CONFIG_IIO_KFIFO_BUF macro has been enabled on the new gki,
so the kfifo_buf.c we copied will conflict with the kfifo_buf.c
in the kernel.
Solution:
Do not export those symbols. After the new version of gki is
merged into our trunk, we can delete the kfifo_buf.c we copied.
