Pengcheng Chen 062589e051 vpp: fix osd2_blend_src_ctrl conflict with video [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-142333

Problem:
osd2_blend_src_ctrl conflict with video blend ctrl
caused screen blank sometimes

Solution:
1. remove video blend ctrl zorder above osd
2. hwc will do gpu composer when video zorder above osd

Verify:
txhd2
