jian zhou 156fd3c05d audio: keep hdmitx and eARC rx bandgap on [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-175319

Problem:
eARC discovery failed when switch to enable eARC
from disable ARC/eARC or enable ARC option.

Solution:
keep hdmitx and eARC rx bandgap on.

Verify:
Ohm-soundbar

Test:
eARC discovery status.
