zijie.hong 2829258cb8 vdin: yocto v4l2 video only error [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-212526

Problem:
1) 720x480 hv active error
2) vd1 axis is not ready before start_tvin_service

Solution:
1) video only need to set read vd1 axis (vdin input size)
2) vdin_get_video_ready_state and get_vdx_real_axis - 1
