Problem:
break gki by wifi

Solution:
1. move CONFIG_NL80211_TESTMODE=y and CONFIG_CFG80211_WEXT=y
from amlogic_gki.fragment to amlogic_gki.optimize.
2. wifi still work when disable these config

Verify:
