jian zhou 3bf02c5737 audio: fix earc rx certification HFR5-2-52 case FAILED [1/1] ...

Problem:
LayoutB is 8 channel, and layoutB happened channel swap.

Solution:
There is unstable tick when channel swap, set parity true,
audio hal reopen earc dmac，channel is alignment.
