Problem:
Need to poring FBE from kernel 5.4 to 5.15

Solution:
1. Poring FBE from kernel 5.4 to 5.15
2. Use allocate shm as a workaround, since register shm
sometimes fails.

Verify:
1. SC2 + ah212 + RDK kernel 5.15
