Shuai Li 569fe42a4d audio: bringup locker driver [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-194346

Problem:
Audio locker is not ready for anti-drifting function.
More and more projects are waiting for it, such as
HDMIIN->EARCTX passthrough, EARCRX->SPEAKER.

Solution:
Bringup audio locker and verify the clk tuning method.
