PD#SWPL-168498

Problem:
1. resample
loopbackA with resample_B for 4micin + 4LB.
resample_B only support 2ch resample process, which cause signal
aliasing;
2. earc tx pop issue for some devices

Solution:
1. select resample_A module for loopback 4 +4
