mingxiu.sun 66dff75927 vdin: cycle error [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-229026

Problem:
The vdin function limits the max_fps to be below 250Hz;
otherwise, it will filter out abnormal frames.

Solution:
Increase the max_fps limit value
