Problem:
Unplug av cable cannot recognize signal

Solution:
1、Set the default value of comp_level_adj to 3
2、The detection range of the black field is low,
and the current configuration may not detect it,
so the white level detection of the black field
is enabled by default during the tvafe probe
3、add debug cmd to disable macrovision
