Problem:
the code logic of the thermal common binding cooling device in
kernel6.12 has been changed.the previous dts configuration is no longer
applicable and needs to be modified

Solution:
modify the configuration of the dts cooling device based
on the thermal common binding logic

Verify:
sc2
