hang cheng 7f89c6ec97 cvbs: fix wss ar label bit sequence for 625 line [1/1] ...

Problem:
for 625 line mode, wss AR label bits is LSB firstly,
it needs to revert the bits sequence when set register

Solution:
revert AR label bits sequence when set register

Verify:
