Problem:
CPU running at 2.0G system will be unstable

Solution:
AW409-C302X Limited to 1.7G max. frequency
AW419-C308L Limited to 1.9G max. frequency
Update C3 dvfs vddcpu table

Verify:
C302X_AW409/C308XL_AW419_
