mingyang.he 93e92f2260 drm: fix frame rate is 0 in t5m [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-149790

Problem:
frame rate is 0 because vout_meas_ctrl_init_dft cannot complete

Solution:
remove clk_set_parent because clk num of parent is 1 cannot set parent

Verify:
t5m
