Evoke Zhang 98c5cfaa90 lcd: tcon: protect tcon axi memory [2/2] ...

Problem:
tcon axi memory wrong access when tcon axi memory failed

Solution:
add tcon axi memory protect,
bypass enable od/demura if memory failed

Verify:
