add hdmitx sysfs node for bugreport in hdmitx21 driver

Solution:
add /proc/amhdmitx
add clkmsr
add hdmitx_basic_config
add hdmitx_pkt_dump

Verify:
s7/s5

Test:
DRM-TX-79,DRM-TX-80,DRM-TX-81,DRM-TX-82,DRM-TX-110
