yiting.deng bc85c61d23 clk: add s7 gp1_pll 852M [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-137032

Problem:
gp1_pll donot set 852M, result mali clk set failed, then it lock
hifi_pll

Solution:
add 852M para, delete unnecessary clock parameters in gp1_pll,
delete hifi_pll configuration in mali

Verify:
ptm
