Huqiang Qin bd18d4e18d watchdog: Keep the watchdog status when driver probe [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-189563

Problem:
When the kernel is configured to feed the watchdog
in user space, and if the watchdog is enabled
in U-Boot, the driver probe will disable the watchdog.

Solution:
Synchronize register status to driver.

Verify:
